TORTELLINI SALAD 
4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, mashed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
2 tsp. dill weed

Mix all ingredients together except tortellini following cooking instructions. Rinse tortellini with cold water and cool. Toss tortellini with dressing until well coated. Let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
