SAUSAGE AND TORTELLINI TOSS 
1/2 of a 7 oz. pkg. rainbow colored or plain dried cheese filled tortelline
2 c. broccoli floweretes
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 lb. smoked Polish sausage, thinly bias sliced
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 c. shredded processed cheese
1 tbsp. brown mustard

In a large saucepan, cook tortellini, uncovered, in boiling water 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add broccoli and sausage to water. Return to boiling. Reduce heat.

Simmer, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes or until tortellini is tender. Stir occasionally. In a medium saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour and caraway seeds.

Add milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add cheese and mustard. Stir until cheese melts. Remove from heat. Add cheese mixture to tortellini, toss, serve at once.
