TOFU BEACH BURGER 
2 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. firm tofu
3/4 c. sauteed mushrooms
1/4 c. green onions
5 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped toasted walnuts
1 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. cooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten

In a medium bowl, mash tofu, and stir in remaining ingredients. Shape into patties and fry in oiled skillet. Top with your favorite toppings and serve on a whole wheat bun.
