Just got done eating one of these burgers. They stay together very well. All of the water evaporated before the 45 minutes was up and the lentils were a little hard, but not to hard. VERY good burger!!!! Made a total of 8 burgers. Next time I will add 1/4 cup more water and some garlic powder. Total under $3 and have enough ingredients left over to make one more batch. GOOD DEAL!!!!!

Just made these and had them for lunch with some baked sweet potato fries. This was such an easy recipe. Burgers had a really good consistancy and were very yummy! As some one stated before I added quite a bit more water. Also, added fresh garlic and red peppers. Will be freezing the left over mix for lentil burgers later!

Very good, but I did add a packet of Lipton Onion soup mix to give some more favor and added 1/2 cup more water while cooking the lentils and rice.
