1 lg. pkg. cubes for stuffing 1 1/2 c. hot water 2 eggs 1/2 c. chopped onions 3/4 c. chopped celery 1 sm. apple or 6-8 tbsp. applesauce 3 tbsp. parsley In large bowl, sift cubes to take away fine crumbs; (good for regular bread crumbs). Pour hot water over cubes (1 bouillon in water, if you like salt). Saute onions and celery until clear. Mix in well. Add eggs, parsley, apples. Chop apples fine. I always rub sugar on chicken cavity. |
