CRAB SPREAD 
1 lg. can of crab (drained)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 pkg. of gelatin, dissolved in 3 tbsp. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. diced celery
Lemon juice to taste

Makes a wonderful dip! Serves 8.
