SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. boiling water

Combine all ingredients, spoon over sweet potato mixture. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
