SPINACH-BERRY SALAD 
10 oz. fresh spinach (half Romaine can be used)
1 pt. strawberries
1 red onion, cut in rings

Clean spinach, tear into bits, place in bowl, clean strawberries and cut in halves or quarters. Add onion. Toss. Serve with dressing.

DRESSING:

1/8 c. sugar
3/4 tbsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar

Blend in blender until well mixed. Serve with salad.
