RICE KRISPIE BARS 
1/4 c. butter
1 pkg. marshmallows (40 regular)
6 c. Rice Krispies

Melt butter and marshmallows; pour over Rice Krispies; mix well. Pour in 9 x 13 inch pan and pat down firmly.

2ND LAYER - Caramel Mixture:
1 pkg. Kraft caramels
1 stick butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Melt together. Cool. When slightly thickened, pour over 1st layer.

3RD LAYER:

Make another batch of Rice Krispie bars and spread evenly over caramel layer. Cool before cutting.
