RICE KRISPIE BARS 
4 c. Rice Krispies
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter

Melt peanut butter and butterscotch chips. Add Rice Krispies and stir. Pack 1/2 in 8 x 8 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips, powdered sugar, butter and 1 tablespoon water. Spread on top of Krispies in pan. Add other 1/2 of Krispies on top and press. Chill until firm. Cut into bars.
