SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. ground beef 1/4 lb. mushrooms (thin slice) 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 tsp. oregano 2 pkg. frozen spinach (10 oz. chopped) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pt. sour cream (room temperature) 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese Brown beef. Add mushrooms, garlic and oregano. Stir-fry about 5 minutes. Add spinach and heat until thawed and juices are cooked away (about 10). Spoon into buttered casserole dish and scatter cheese on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 30 minutes or until hot. |
