Graham crackers
Half & half cereal cream
Dates, cut up
Nuts, chopped (English walnuts)
Miniature marshmallows

Use amounts of ingredients to make as large or small a pudding as you like.

Crush graham crackers. Moisten with half and half (make very moist). Add dates, nuts and marshmallows. Make sure mixture is very moist as it will thicken as it sets. Put in bowl or loaf pan. Refrigerate. Serve topped with whipped cream.
