HARVEST CAKE 
4 c. chopped apples
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped black walnuts
1 c. raisins
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla

1. Prepare and mix apples, sugar, nuts and raisins. Set 1 hour.

2. Prepare - grease and flour funnel pan.

3. Mix flour, salt, baking powder and soda.

4. Measure oil. Add vanilla.

5. Beat eggs, slightly. After 1 hour.

6. Pour eggs, oil mix, apple mix into flour mix. Blend well.

7. Pour into pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce to 300 degrees. Bake 1 hour.

8. Do not over bake.
