SHORT RIB BARBECUE | |
3 tbsp. fat 3-4 lb. short ribs 1 pkg. dry onion mix 1/4 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 c. ketchup 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. mustard 1 tsp. salt Heat fat in Dutch oven, brown ribs well on all sides. Combine all other ingredients in mixing bowl, pour over meat, cover. Simmer for 2 hours, turning occasionally, until meat is tender. |
