NOODLE KUGEL | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. reg. cream cheese 1 (12 oz.) pkg. wide noodles, cooked and drained 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 tbsp. vanilla 3 eggs, beaten 1 c. sugar 1 sq. glass 8 inch baking pan 1 c. raisins (optional) While noodles are still warm from cooking and have been drained melt the cream cheese. Add all remaining ingredients - mix lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
