NOODLE KUGEL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 apples sliced thin
1 c. raisins
Cinnamon

In large bowl, combine cooked noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, butter, and salt; mix well. Stir in sliced apples and raisins and turn into greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
