GREEN PEPPER AND TENDERLOIN TIPS
WITH RICE
 
1 lb. tenderloin tips, cut sm.
2 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. beef broth or water
3 green peppers, chunked
1 lg. onion
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Brown tips in butter until all pink is gone. Add peppers, onions, garlic, and soy sauce. Stir to coat all ingredients. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Mix cornstarch with beef broth or water and add to meat and vegetables. Cook until sauce is thickened. Serve over a bed of rice. Serves 4.
