HABER BEACH BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
1 1/2 lb. shrimp
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 c. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. cooking sherry
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Garlic salt

Put shrimp in casserole dish. Melt butter and brush over shrimp. Bake 5 minutes at 325 degrees. Mix cracker crumbs, melted butter, lemon juice, cooking sherry, salt and pepper. Put on top of shrimp. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake 1/2 hour at 325 degrees. Serves 6-8.
