CORN AND OYSTER CASSEROLE 
1 can cream style corn
1 sm. can cove oysters
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. crushed cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients and dot liberally with butter. To make extra rich and tasty add 1/2 cup cream to casserole about 10 minutes before done. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
