1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed & drained
1 pkg. Knorr's diced vegetable soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped

Mix together. Use as dip. Great with raw vegetables.
