POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans (or walnuts)

Blend butter and sugar together. Add flour and rest of ingredients. Form in small balls on cookie sheet. Rub butter on the bottom of small glass, one with a pattern on bottom, if available. Dip the bottom of glass in granulated sugar and press down cookie balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
