STEAK ROLL 
2 lb. round steak
1 lb. bacon
1/2 to 1 c. onion
1 tsp. lemon pepper
Salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 milk and 1/2 water

Have meat tenderized when purchased or use a tenderizer hammer on good sized proportions. Sprinkle with salt and lemon pepper.

Spread onions on individual pieces.

Roll pieces so they are long rather than thick. Wrap individual pieces with bacon and place in casserole dish.

Cover with cream of mushroom soup and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 2 hours.
