FROZEN MINT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1 (No. 2) crushed pineapple
1 box Kraft buttermints, crushed
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Heat entire can of pineapple. Mix well with lime Jell-O. Put in square pan and refrigerate overnight. The next day, fold in the buttermints and then the Cool Whip. Freeze. Cut into squares. Serve on lettuce leaf with drop of mayonnaise on top. Serves 8.
