QUAHOG PIE 
3 med. size onions
5 tbsp. butter
12 quahog med. size (opened)
7 med. size potatoes

Open quahog, cut up or chop in small pieces, save the broth, put to one side. Chop onions and fry in butter, until soft. Add quahog. Cook together good. If dry add broth when done put to one side. Cook potatoes when done, mash good. Add quahog mixture to the potatoes. Add more broth if needed. Put in a 9 inch pie shell. Bake until brown. Bake at 400 degrees.
