BIG COOKIE 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft butter
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
3 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. egg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. chocolate chips

Mix dry ingredients in small bowl, beat butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and 1 cup chocolate chips. Place dough in freezer for 45 minutes until stiff but not hard. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Press dough in pan to 1 1/2 inches of edge of pan. Pat rest of chocolate chips into top. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
