SPICY TURKEY CHILI 
7 oz. turkey, ground
1/2 c. onion
1 c. drained canned Italian seeded tomatoes
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. white wine vinegar
2 tsp. chili powder
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper

Spray 3-quart pan with non-stick spray and heat over medium heat. Crumble meat, cook until turkey is brown, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well, put heat at low and simmer until thick, 25-30 minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving. 2 servings.
