CORNELL BBQ SAUCE 
1 egg
1 c. oil
3 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
2 c. cider vinegar

Beat egg thoroughly, slowly add oil, making a mayonnaise mixture. Add 1/4 cup vinegar and spices. Add remaining vinegar. Sauce for 10 half chickens.
