GRAHAM CRACKER PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
Cream 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup butter together. Thicken 3 egg yolks mixed with 1 teaspoon flour in double boiler. Monitor carefully, it thickens quickly.

Mix egg with butter-sugar mixture. Add 1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained. Fold in 3 stiffly beaten egg whites.

Line an 8 x 8 pan with graham cracker crumbs. Add filling and sprinkle top with crumbs. Chill several hours; best if stands overnight. May be served with whipped cream.

Double recipe fits 9 x 13 pan.
