BEEF STROGANOFF 
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. beef or veal cubes
Seasoned flour
1 can consomme soup
1 can cream of chicken or celery
1/2 can water
Noodles
8 oz. sour cream

Flour and season meat. Brown in skillet with oil. Put browned meat in crock pot with soups and water; cook until tender, about 2-3 hours. Just before serving, stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles.
