CHICKEN MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
1 can mushroom stems & pieces (drained)
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Stir together all ingredients. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Cover. Bake 1 hour.

4 to 6 servings.
