PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. minced onions
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. tomato soup

Combine rice, meat, salt, pepper, onion and 4 tablespoons soup. Mix well and form into 12 balls. Place in casserole and add remaining soup. Bake, covered 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Cover may be removed the last 15 minutes.
