HOT CHICKEN SALAD WITH ALMONDS 
2 c. chicken
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated
2 c. toasted almonds
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all but cheese and chips. Put in casserole, sprinkle cheese and chips on top. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes.
