TARRAGON HONEY DRESSING 
1/2 c. mustard
1 tbsp. Dijon
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
1/3 c. olive oil

In blender or food processor blend the mustard, vinegar, honey and tarragon, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula until the mixture is smooth. With the motor running add the oil in a stream and blend the dressing until it is emulsified.
