CREAMY COLE SLAW 
1 sm. green cabbage, cut in wedges
1 green bell pepper, cut up
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

Fill blender with wedges of cabbage, cover with water and grate. Put in strainer. Repeat with remaining cabbage wedges. Do same with green bell pepper. After it has been strained, put in a pan. Pour mayonnaise mixture over cabbage, stir and place in refrigerator.
