TURTLE SOUP 
Parboil turtle until meat falls off bone. Cut in bite size pieces. Coat with Bisquick and fry in vegetable oil until crisp.

Combine the following in large pan and bring to a boil for 5 minutes: 1/8 c. Nature's Seasons 4 c. diced potatoes 2 c. water 1/2 stick butter 1 c. diced onion

Then reduce heat to simmer and add: 12 oz. can evaporated milk 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 2 c. chopped cabbage Fried turtle

Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, stirring often.
