CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. sour cream

Mix together, adding sour cream last.

Bake in casserole dish for 1 hour at 350°F.
