EASY HOT ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
4 c. self-rising flour
Dash of salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. powder
3/4 c. butter
2 eggs

Dissolve yeast in water. Add dry ingredients, then eggs and butter. Knead dough. Place in greased bowl and wait to rise. Punch down and it is ready to bake. You can spoon into muffin pans, or roll, or cut out. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
