EASY HOT ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. water (room temp.)
1 egg
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted shortening
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Add egg, sugar, shortening and salt. Beat in flour (by hand). Cover with moist towel. Place bowl in warm place, and let rise until double in size. Punch down the dough and make into rolls, dipping each into melted butter and place in pan. Let rise again until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
