DIET TUNABURGERS 
6 oz. tuna, drained
2 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded while cold
1 egg, unbeaten
1 dill pickle, chopped fine
1 tsp. dried onion flakes
1/3 c. skim milk powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into 4 patties. Over medium heat "fry" patties in Pam-sprayed skillet until patties are browned on both sides.
