CHEESE BACON SANDWICH 
1 slice Italian bread, toasted
1 slice provolone cheese, cut to fit bread
1/2 sm. zucchini, sliced
1 thin slice Bermuda onion
Dash of dried oregano leaves
2 tbsp. shredded provolone cheese
1 slice bacon, crisply fried & crumbled, or 1 1/2 tsp. imitation bacon (optional)

For each serving, top toast with cheese slice, zucchini and onion; sprinkle with oregano, shredded cheese and bacon. Cook uncovered on ungreased cookie sheet in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
