CHEESE AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
2 c. sour cream (1 pt.)
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook rice according to directions. Mix the cooked rice, sour cream, cheese, and chiles in a casserole dish; cook, covered, for about 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
