CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen cauliflower (or fresh equiv.)
1 stick butter
1 lb. low fat cottage cheese
5 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt

Steam cauliflower until barely tender. Drain and place in greased casserole. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and flour, cottage cheese, beaten eggs and salt, also the Cheddar cheese. Pour over the cauliflower and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown.

Stir together soup and cheese, gradually add milk and beaten egg. Then add mayonnaise to the soup mixture. Pour over broccoli. Combine butter and crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
