CARROT CASSEROLE 
6-8 med. carrots, cooked and grated
2 tbsp. butter
2 beaten egg yolks
1 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 med. grated onion
Salt and pepper

Cook and grate carrots. Add rest of ingredients. Add beaten egg whites last. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
