TURKEY DRESSING 
1 loaf bread, torn into sm. pieces and let dry
1 lg. onion
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning or poultry seasoning
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 stick butter

Cook chopped onions and celery in butter until tender. Add to torn bread pieces 1 teaspoon baking powder, sage, salt, pepper and spice and add onion and celery to bread. Mix all together. If more liquid is needed add some turkey broth to get consistency desired. Pour into greased baking dish and brown in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes.
