BOSTON'S BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 stick butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 - 2 c. blueberries or huckleberries

Mix together butter, sugar, and eggs. Add milk, salt, flour, baking powder, and fruit. Put into greased and floured muffin tins and sprinkle tops with sugar.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

Yields 12 - 18.
