HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
5 c. cooked med. potatoes
1/2 c. warm milk
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. shredded American cheese
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup

In large skillet, cook meat and onions until meat is lightly browned and onion is tender. Add salt and pepper. Add drained beans and soup, pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mash potatoes while hot, add milk and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon in mounds over casserole. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
