VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 c. (16 oz.) mixed vegetables
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated sharp cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk
1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced
1/4 c. butter
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Place in oiled baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs. Drizzle butter on top of crackers. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
