ORZO SALAD 
1 box Orzo, cooked
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
Juice from small can crushed pineapple
Pineapple
2 cans mandarin oranges, cut up
1 jar maraschino cherries
1 med. container Cool Whip

1 day before - make sauce:

Combine sugar, eggs, flour and juice from pineapple. Cook until thick and pour sauce over cooked orzo; mix together. Refrigerate.

Before Serving: Add mandarin oranges, cherries and crushed pineapple. Fold in container of Cool Whip.
