YOGURT PANCAKES 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. oil
1 egg
1 c. Dannon vanilla yogurt

Heat skillet over medium heat; grease lightly. Mix all ingredients just until large lumps disappear. Let stand 1-2 minutes to thicken. Pour batter to desired pancake size onto heated skillet. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles. Turn only once.

Freeze what pancakes you don't use - reheat in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
