MUSHROOMS AND PEA PODS 
2 tsp. oil
1/4 lb. pea pods
1 stalk celery, sliced diagonally
1/4 lb. mushrooms in T slices
1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. grated or 1/4 tsp. powdered ginger

Heat pan. Add oil to pan. Stir fry pea pods, celery and mushrooms for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and ginger. Simmer for 3 minutes.
